Ever wanted to get a better working knowledge of EM machines? Heard about Mark Gibson’s Fun with Pinball classes but COVID getting in your way? Well have I got great news for you!
Mark will be hosting an online clinic this Saturday, May 9th at noon mountain. Bonus: an online clinic means you don’t even need to be a local!
For those new to Fun with Pinball, it all started with mechanical models built to demonstrate how various mechanisms work – an exhibit which Mark put on at the NoCo Mini Maker Faire in Loveland, CO. The project grew from there to the clinics he now hosts throughout the Denver-metro area that offer hands on experience and EM theory to equip you with the skills to diagnose and repair your own machines.
If you’d like an invitation to this Saturday’s clinic (space is limited to ensure plenty of student-tailored attention) you need to reach out to Mark by noon on Thursday May 7th. Class info and invitation request can be found here.
And be sure to check out his full website – super useful! If you aren’t able to make it this Saturday, he’ll be hosting more clinics in the future so bookmark that site!
Wow, thanks Snow! I should point out that there are several coaches to help with the troubleshooting. Last time we had coaches from three different pinball museums and guests from Hawaii and Australia. The next clinic is on 5/22 and now you can sign up on the web site to receive announcements of clinics as they’re scheduled.
